Daniel Harris

Dan founded the firm in 2004 after leaving Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for the legal teams supporting the international prime brokerage and equity finance businesses. Dan has previously worked as a lawyer in Cayman, London and New York and has extensive experience of the legal risk issues associated with hedge fund portfolio management both in terms of trading, hedging, financing and gearing alternative investment portfolios. He is based in the London office.
