Lawyers in our Securities & Financing Group focus on all aspects of clearing and settlement, execution, prime brokerage, margin financing, repo financing, securities lending, tri-party funding arrangements, custody and hedge fund administration, including negotiation of agreements, advising on risk issues and advising on post-Lehman issues.

Each of these groups is represented in the London and Zurich offices.
